The Executive Team

Alan Coleman

Co-Founder and CEO

Alan Coleman is the founder and CEO of BriteBill. Before establishing the company he was Alliance Sales Director for the Products Operating Group in EMEA at Accenture. In this capacity he was responsible for €100m of hardware and software sales. Prior to joining Accenture in 2002, Alan held a senior business development role with Macalla Software, a technology startup. Alan began his career with Morgan Stanley investment bank in London and is a graduate of University College Dublin (UCD) and Michael Smurfit School of Business with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Business Studies.

Jim Hannon

Co-Founder and CTO

Jim Hannon is co-founder and Chief Technical Officer of BriteBill. He has held a number of senior technical roles in product development, including most recently as Chief Technical Architect with the broadcasting company Radio Telefís Éireann (RTÉ). Prior to joining RTÉ, Jim was Product Architect with Polarlake, a financial middleware product vendor which he joined from Macalla Software where he was Technical Architect. Before that Jim held Senior Development positions in organizations including Digital Equipment, Ericsson AB and Euristix Limited. Jim has a degree in Computer Engineering and Mathematics from Trinity College Dublin.

David Brown

Creative Director

David is an award winning information designer with over 10 years experience improving customer communications for tier 1 organizations across the utility, financial, telco, automotive and public sectors. He specializes in best practice information design, UX and clear language. He has a proven track-record of transforming customer communications to bring about a change in customer behavior and deliver measurable business benefits. Before joining BriteBill David worked for renowned information design experts BoagMcCann, overseeing the agency's design and creative output nationally and internationally.

Aaron Fullen

Global Head of Sales

Aaron is a senior sales leader with a wide range of experience in the technology sector, most recently serving as Head of Sales, North America at SundaySky, the personalized video platform provider, where his teams grew annual bookings by more than 750% during his four year tenure. Prior to SundaySky, Fullen held senior positions at LivePerson where he was instrumental in growing revenues from $17M to $145M during his seven year tenure, and CA, where he led the company’s efforts with BellSouth and Cingular Wireless. He brings to BriteBill direct knowledge of building and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
