On May 8 Brite:Bill held the first of a series of workshops designed for CSPs wanting to know more about the importance of billing presentation for better customer retention and engagement.

Held in the fabulous Hoxton Hotel, right in the heart of London’s Tech City area of Shoreditch, the event involved around 30 CSPs and included presentations from EY, Quadriga Consulting, design guru Andrew Boag, UPC and the Brite:Bill team.

Feedback from delegates has been fabulous so we intend to make the content available over the next few weeks by featuring on-demand video content from the event here on our blog.
