Brite:Bill are expanding our presence across the CSP sector and have added Vodafone Ireland and Tele2 NL as new customers.

With our expanding customer base we are further demonstrating our ability to deliver a first-class customer experience across PDF, online and mobile channels for both enterprise and consumer markets.

We’ve found that using short deployment cycles to lower the cost to serve (call deflection, self-service adoption and pre-empting questions), and to improve customer experience (lowering churn, increasing NPS and improving bill clarity), has proven to be a powerful market proposition. We are currently engaged in several other client projects and look forward to sharing these in the coming months.
