Brite:Bill has a number of customers in banking, telecoms, utilities and post across Europe and Asia Pacific.

Three

Three launched in 2005 and operates Ireland’s largest high speed network. The company has 27.8 million customers worldwide and is Europe’s leading 3G operator. It is the market leader with over 200,000 mobile broadband subscribers in Ireland and 5 million worldwide.

Three wished to improve its customer communications in order to grow its customer base and improve customer service.  It chose electronic bill presentment and payment technology from Brite:Bill. The solution was deployed in just six weeks and is helping 3 to reduce costs.  At the same time it is enhancing Three’s business customers’ experience as it grows its presence in the Irish market.

Three case study

Getitkeepit

GetitKeepit.com was launched in March 2010 as a free online portal assisting households with managing and budgeting of their domestic bills.  GetitKeepit handles bills from most of the major service providers in the Irish market including mobile, fixed-line and broadband telecoms operators, utility companies, as well as satellite and cable TV providers.

Challenge

GetitKeepit needed a technical solution that would allow easy integration of multiple service providers without having to seek the technical cooperation of the billing organisations in order to:

- Remotely create e-billing accounts on behalf of users where one did not already exist
- Retrieve bills and statements and handle online payment of accounts with different service providers, without disrupting the billers’ existing systems
- Provide significant value-add functionality  to enhance the users’ understanding of their bills
